The Proof from which Rio Tinto can no longer hide

The Improvement Notice from the Health and Safety Executive stating breaches of UK health and safety legislation in July 1988. It is this evidence, amongst much more, that has forced Rio Tinto to abandon its assertion that it had always operated Capper Pass in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
