Notice of Alteration to the CFMEU Mining & Energy Division General Rules
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 126(1)(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 that a Notice of Alteration of Rules has been lodged with Fair Work Australia seeking to amend Rules 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 17 of the CFMEU Mining & Energy Division Rules.
