We know what Xstrata’s attitude is like when it comes to the Australian workers’ rights.

They play close to the edge of Australian workplace law with just about everything they do.

But we also believe that in several cases Xstrata has actually stepped outside the boundaries of international employment standards.

That’s why CFMEU has officially lodged a complaint against Xstrata for breaching international workplace guidelines.

Paris Mashego's report about Xstrata management
